Important membership renewal details
- You can renew your membership 35 days before it expires.
- Your new membership will begin immediately after your current one ends.
- If you renew your membership after the expiry date, your membership will be renewed for 12 months from the date we receive payment.
- To renew your Ambulance Membership, you must have a valid email address.
If you don't have a valid email address or you would like to change your membership type, please email us or call 0800 STJOHN (0800 785 646), Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 7.30am - 12.30pm to complete your renewal.
